Refund & Replacement Policy – Organleaf
At Organleaf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You receive the wrong item
To be eligible, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock after order placement
- Item is lost in transit
- Replacement is not available
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor variations in color, size, or packaging
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
3. How to Request
To initiate a refund or replacement:

- Photos/videos as proof
4. Replacement Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to your original payment method
6. Important Notes
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted
- Products must be unused and in original condition (if return is required)
