1. Order Handling
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day
- Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email/SMS
2. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time: 4–7 working days
- Delivery may take a bit longer for remote or rural areas
- Unexpected delays (weather, logistics issues) may occasionally occur
3. Shipping Fees
- Free delivery on orders above ₹499
- Any applicable shipping charges (if below ₹499) will be shown at checkout

5. Issues with Delivery
If something isn’t right with your order:
