Return & Replacement

Refund and Replacement
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Replacement/Exchange: If you receive a defective product, we will send you a new replacement as soon as possible. We will pick up the defective one within 2-3 working days. Or If you want to exchange with other products listed on our website with the same price, we will accept the exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

How To Use The Grow Bags?

  • Step 1: Fill the Bag with Soil

Place a layer of potting mix into the grow bag until it is about a third full. This will create a suitable environment for your seed potatoes.

  • Step 2: Plant Seed Potatoes

Place the seed potatoes evenly on top of the soil layer. Each potato should be buried approximately 2 inches deep. Cover them with an additional layer of soil.

  • Step 3: Water and Grow

Keep the soil moist by watering regularly. As the potato plants emerge and grow, provide them with enough water to maintain damp, but not waterlogged, conditions.

  • Step 4: Add Soil as Plants Grow

As the potato plants grow taller, add more soil to the bag, covering the lower stems. This “hilling” process encourages more tubers to form on the buried stems and helps prevent sunlight from reaching the growing potatoes, which can turn them green and toxic. Continue this process until the bag is full.
