How to Grow Thai King Jamun Plant

Step 1 – Remove the Plant
Carefully remove the grafted plant from the grow bag without disturbing the root ball.
Step 2 – Select the Location
Choose a sunny location that receives 6–8 hours of direct sunlight every day.
Step 3 – Prepare the Pit
Dig a pit about 1.5 ft × 1.5 ft × 1.5 ft and loosen the soil.
Step 4 – Enrich the Soil
Mix the excavated soil with organic compost or well-rotted manure for better growth.
Step 5 – Plant the Sapling
Place the plant upright in the center of the pit and fill it with the prepared soil. Press gently around the base.
Step 6 – Water Thoroughly
Water immediately after planting until the soil is evenly moist.
Step 7 – Add Mulch
Apply a layer of dry leaves or mulch around the base, keeping it away from the stem.
Step 8 – Regular Care
Water regularly, remove weeds, and apply organic fertilizer every 30–45 days.
